The Six Nations Chiefs defeated the Victoria Shamrocks in Six Games to win the 2014 Mann Cup at home in the Iroquois Lacrosse Arena in Six Nations. The second time in as many years!
Well if you didn’t believe the Shamrocks could win it all after a sudden victory overtime in Game 2; then you got to believe it can happen after last night’s display of poise and confidence to come from behind 4 times and win another thriller in OT.
Simply put; there’s no way you can watch a Mann Cup lacrosse game without knowing this is one of the most fiercely fought over trophies in all sports. The Six Nations Chiefs are tied with the Victoria Shamrocks at 1, this one might go the distance!
Souther Ontario was treated to a marquee seven game matchup between the star-studded Peterborough Lakers and the Six Nations Chiefs. The Chiefs secured their spot in the Mann Cup with the Game 7 win!
