Living in New Jersey, its nearly impossible to see any MCLA action so with BYU-TV I'd be able to see my fair share.
It's unfortunate about Coach Lamb, I really never heard why he was fired, but all reasons aside BYU will remain a power in the MCLA and it'll be interesting to see how they do this upcoming year!

About Coach Stevens, he and Coach Lamb were very good friends and even though he was assistant he knew last year that he would be the head coach this year (which he was for a short time before leaving for Mesa) and he was instrumental in the Home/Home agreement.

Regardless, the match up with SDSU should be a fun one to watch, probably the biggest out of conference home game in the past several years for SDSU. Will SDSU be returning the trip next season?

You are correct that we typically schedule Home/Home agreements for games, but in this case the change in leadership for both programs led to a mutual withdrawing of the agreement. We are excited to start a new relationship with SDSU. They surprised a lot of teams last year, and we expect 3 great games in sunny CA.

Im interested to know whether SDSU is planning to return BYU's trip. Im sure other circumstances come into play on planning these trips but i was still a little surprised to see that especially because it seems like BYU is repaying past trips by Chapman and UCSB on the same road trip.
