California Dreamin’ At The USC Lacrosse Camp

This summer, from August 8-11, USC and Adrenaline Lacrosse will be hosting an overnight lacrosse camp for high schoolers on its campus. This is a good opportunity to continue the expansion of West Coast lacrosse. Not to mention hang out in that SoCal sunshine.

Kids will get a chance to see what it’s like out here. Unless you’ve got a full ride to Virginia or Hopkins, Southern California is a good place to play lacrosse. I may be a bit biased, since I went to USC, but who wouldn’t want to play in Southern California? It’s sunny almost every day of the year, not humid, and the girls are georgeous! There are a lot of talented teams out here (Chapman has made it to the MCLA finals the past two seasons). Once the talent at schools out west can compete with schools back east, Southern California is going off the charts. Who wouldn’t want to play here?

It’s a great camp for kids that are thinking of going to a school in California or Arizona, or for someone who wants to spend a few days hanging out at USC while getting some excellent coaching.

USC’s coach, David Aktary, Arizona’s coach, Scott Morrison, and Long Island Lizard, Jamie Ireland, along with additional MCLA, NCAA, and MLL players/coaches will provide instruction for the campers. There will be a 10-1 player-coach ratio to provide as much one-on-one coaching as possible.

To register, visit the site and follow the instructions. The camp is limited to the first 100 registrants, so sign up now! Additional registrants will be placed on a wait list. More information is available on the USC Lacrosse website.
