Butt of your stick should be about on your sternum.

This is probably hard to imagine. Try this: for a righty, take your left hand and put it over your heart like you’re doing the pledge of allegiance, and point out in front of yourself with your right hand (i.e., where the shooter would be). Now imagine you have to hold a stick with your hands on that position.
