I like them, they’re clean and simple. my one criticism is the colour way on the gloves, the spacers on the fingers that are in white need to be blue to match the logo or black to blend in, along with the white on the cuffs like Dan Frye says. Lastly, on an overcast day or playing in the dark it may be much harder to spot the man (for a feed or to defend against) than is necessary. I bet on a good, sunlit day these really pop.

Seems like most of the criticism is based on principle. These kits looked sharp and the baby blue looks electric on the black. I say “Why not?”

Probably not but when the color is black, its difficult to argue the point. It’s common and the black alternate has been done 10,000 times. Even made its way to SMU football circa armed forces bowl 2010. I see your point if UNC busted out a primary yellow UNC jersey. The black alternate lacks creativity.

By the way anybody have any info on this St. Andrews situation? 11 recruits all hailing from the Evergreen state.
