Cool Lax Tricks From a Miami High School Laxer

This speech is my recital, I think it’s very vital
To rock a rhyme, that’s right on time
It’s Tricky is the title, here we go…

Back in the day (aka February 1st) we posted a video of a 13 year old kid doing some nifty tricks in his living room. I don’t know about you guys, but I thought it was pretty impressive. Then again, maybe that’s just because I lack the skillz.

At any rate, I’m going to go ahead and post a couple of these each month. If you want to get in on the action, feel free to shoot us a link to your video. The more we get sent to us, the more we’ll post. Eventually we might have a contest around it. First things first though, TAKE THE LENS CAP OFF!

Here’s a pretty good one I found today. If not for the tricks, for the way this kid nods at the camera once he completes one. Maybe he’s just cocky, but in my opinion it takes that edge (read: confidence) to find success on the field. If you know you’re the man, at least you know you’re the man…right? Just don’t forget to cover your face with eye black come game time. That’s what always got me in the mindset. Seriously…

Comments? Ratings? Let’s use a 1-10 system here. If you like it better than The Kryptonite’s 2009 All-Star performance, give it an 8+.

Me? I’m going with a 7.

Also, cool SDC highlight reel here.
