Lacrosse in Brampton was crippled when they tore down our bowl outside of memorial arena. It took 15 years to replace it in an out of the way location that’s a pain in the ass to get to.

You used to be able to watch the Senior or Jr A Excelsiors, then go out to the bowl between periods and play around. They tore it down with promises that they would build several in it’s place.

Instead they build several skate parks, cricket fields and even an outdoor ball hockey rink (with the crappy plastic floor) before they ever went and built another bowl.

If we had been able to get this sort of rally together I can’t imagine how much sooner we would have gotten it back!
