Joe Bannon Trilogy Lacrosse goaltending coach teaches Goalie Footwork

Without proper footwork, it’s pretty much impossible to save a 90 mph shot.

In today’s lesson: Goalie Footwork, Trilogy Lacrosse Goalie Coach and Chesapeake Bayhawks member Joe Banno explains how to position your body to make saves as the ball moves from one pipe to the other.

Be light on your feet and quick in the crease, and like Joe, always stand tall in between the pipes!
