I’ve been saying this for years! People try to tell me that I “have to” have some stress, or that I “have to” get stressed sometimes. NO! That’s not a choice I make. YOU may need/welcome/accept that in your life as a given, but that’s your choice. Stress is a mental disease that can be tempered and cured with practice and training. We have to train ourselves to trust that we will get through whatever comes our way.
Remember you are BUILT for the moment. Nobody can handle your moment the way you would and you can’t handle your moment the way anyone else would. They are not you and you are not them. We are built to handle our moments exactly as only we can. Take a deep breathe and realize that you don’t “have to” be stressed. You can choose otherwise.

Delete the word stress from your vocabulary, and eventually you will delete it from your life. Life is too short to be stressed. Life is too long to be stressed. And we are too blessed to be stressed.
