There are MLL, NCAA, MCLA and HS kids using steroids. More probably than any of us are willing to admit.
If kids will do it to help them play mediocre NCAA Div 3 football, they’ll do it for lacrosse.

Testing is tough because it is SO expensive. I wouldn’t be surprised if the MLL and NLL basically didn’t test at all. Or they literally don’t test. Someone must know the answer to that.

At the NCAA level, its not like those guys are getting tested 24-7. Use would be easy to mask for most. I worked my ASS off and never got to the point some kids get to VERY quickly. Maybe there are a lot of natural athletes out there (i’m sure there are many more naturally gifted than I) but my bet is that more kids are juicing than any of us realize. Just a feeling really…
