The comeback against Chapman proved that the Cougars have poise like whoa. CSU struggled against UCSB. Pretty hard to bet against BYU at this point, but we've all seen what the Rams can bring to the table when they get clicking. Ought to be a good one.

Since the top four seeds in the MCLA D1 made it to the semis, was the seeding committee that wise, or is lacrosse too predictable? At least among the top four, any one can win as there was no dominant team like Michigan over the last few years. I am picking BYU. All those 26 year olds, back from their missions usually get it together at the very end.

Here a a question for a future post. Is Lacrosse more predictable than basketball? Seems like in March madness there are upsets and small teams that go a long way.

another cool aspect is the national champion is crowned over a week long period. the whole tourney hashed out right there. lot of drama packed into a week, whereas with other tourneys you have to wait a month. while it does limit prep and recovery time, it is a great atmosphere as teams watch their potential opponents play live with a truly vested interest in who wins.
