We dubbed it “hell week”, and it looks to be a regular occurrence in the years to come. The first two days have been tough, and I can’t wait to see what the next three hold. Should have video up soon.

I think this sort of thing is becoming a regular occurrence for most MCLA programs, as any team that wants to have any shot at a chance should be conditioning hard.
