LISTEN UP ALL GOALIES READING THIS
you do not need a hockey cup or nut hut to protect the boys.
I get hit with pretty fast shots because i play at the JV level and I often get hit in the nuts. It used to bring a lot of pain to me until I learned about this cup.
“The Nutty Buddy” i feel virtually no pain getting hit and it is very comfortable.

Trevor, Great post. All true. A couple things I would add for young goalies and their coaches. 1.) The coach needs to work with the goalie a lot in a controlled manner before the goalie gets in cage for a shooting drill or scrimage. 2.) Use softies or tennis balls as the goalie is starting out. Even with pads, a lax ball can hurt (especially if they turn away). Have the goalie develop good habits with no fear by using a ball that won’t hurt. Then move on to a regulation ball.
