Lax Heaven eh? Eastlake High-School here in the northwest actually comes REALLY close to my ideal - behind the high school are three HUGE grass-turf field lined for lacrosse (amongst other sports) with goals for each. The football stadium and nearby facility are have high concrete walls facing parking lots fencing the fields them selves. It is nearly impossible to lose a ball.

I would have that, minus other sports, +an indoor facility, +an indoor facility strictly for wall ball. +joenandez cheerleaders.

MILLIONS? like how many millions? haha. give me unlimited resources and I will lax it up to the EXTREME!

In an only somewhat dream-filled reality I would buy an Armory in NYC. try to find one with subway access nearby and hopefully in an underprivileged neighborhood. That way you can spread the game to new communities and not get floored by $1000/sf land prices.
Inside the Armory, I would build an indoor field and box field. both field turf of the highest quality.
If I could modify the roof so that it was retractable, you can bet your @$$ I'd do it. sun light could save on electricity and it would be nice to have an open air arena.
Build some stands where the lowest rows are still about 10 feet above the floor, right up against the fields. I would also want to build in a second level above the fields. put a bar on the second level with some glass floors and lots of windows so the adults could watch the game from above and enjoy some beverages.
You couldn't run a bar indoor league in a better place!
the outdoor field indoors may seem crazy but if you've seen a NYC Armory (or even that one in dirty jerz) you know it is 100% possible.

That sounds pretty heavenly. In my lax heaven I'd still have the lungs of a 17 year old so I'd want an indoor full size outdoor field, heck if it's heaven I want two. One being field turf and the other Bermuda grass taken care of by the best team that ever pampered the fairways at Augusta National. And a sick concession stand in between
