I was not aware that Warrior had sued Reebok for the same reason…but this may answer Sweet, Sweet Lax’s question as to where Reebok went, and why they have been so quiet. I’m guessing Reebok has gone back to the drawing board to figure out how to move forward

This is going to get interesting. Two things make me think that Warrior and its lawyers must think that they have a valid claim: (1) Warrior hasn’t apparently sued Nike/STX, Harrow, or any number of others that also manufacture gloves; (2) Maverik (and Reebok) is not some mom n’ pop operation that can be bullied off the playground just by the mere threat of litigation — if Warrior filed this complaint that probably means they’re prepared to see it to the end and expect to win.
