Under my definition, most of New England is not quite a hot bed yet.  But you make a strong point and many states in the region definitely toes the line. There are definitely a lot of NCAA programs at all levels.  I think the shorter history and overall lack of consistency is what is holding the area back at the moment.]]></description>
