Re: Jacobs

I agree that he's crazy athletic for a big guy but I just dont see him having the the long distance stamina for playing the midfield. He's more of a powerful, burst type player and I feel like attack is where he would maximize his skill set.

As for All Day Adrian...not to give anything away but I'm pretty confident he'll make it next Sunday when we run through potential NFL middies.

to me, an attackman really needs two things: SICK skills and great field vision/decision making ability. the speed, quickness, size and all that are really just added bonuses. Sure, Mike Powell is a FREAK athlete but what made him great was his skill as a finisher AND passer and how well he saw the field. did his speed heighten those abilities? you betcha... but he would still have the skills and the vision even if he were as slow as say... me.
So to me, Vick has the speed and the skills but not the field vision. sure, he's less of a run first qb now and is seeing the field better but he should still be a middie. no doubt IMHO. Same thing goes with Brandon Jacobs. he has great field vision for a RB but he should be a middie with that athleticism. I like AP28 as an attackman though... he is SO athletic yet patient and makes things easy for himself. would be a beast.
Ray Lewis has no place on a lax field other than as 2 roles: goalie (just to prove he's tough as nails) or fogo (just to cheat like all fogos and be a tough guy).
other guys that could be attackmen: wes welker, big ben, mike vrabel (crease attach anyone?), donovan mcnabb, peyton manning (best distributor ever at X!).

Good call on Vick. He'd make a ferocious attackdog. And Lewis? That man would be MEAN. As for Big Ben, I had him in there for a minute but needed to clear room for Joe Willie 2.0.

Not to sure about the Sanchez pick...I'd like to nominate Chad Witten, DeSean Jackson or possibly Vincent Jackson from the Chargers to take his place.

Sproles would do dirty things on the lax field though.
