Latvia beats Thailand 14-11

In an intense, hard-fought match-up, the Latvia men’s national lacrosse team defeated Team Thailand 14-11 on Saturday, July 12 during group play. What follows are photos from the game, featuring action from both teams and sideline shots near the Thailand bench.

Following this game against Thailand, Latvia moved on to face Scotland on Sunday, falling 17-11. Since then, Latvia has defeated Spain 21-3, Norway 15-8, and Hong Kong 19-9. The Thailand men’s national team next fell to Switzerland 11-7, beat Columbia 12-3, and defeated China 14-10.
