		<description><![CDATA[Shorts are rarely if ever considered Nike U because shorts feature unique logos, not the stock font that Nike prints on uniforms. They also get a pass because the team is not wearing Nike uniforms. Having said that, if the team was wearing Nike uniforms with stock font, the shorts regardless of their sick nature would be guilty by association and therefore classified as Nike U. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Further, this is an adult club team so these athletes would be participating for Nike Inc. not Nike U, had they been sporting boring Nike uniform tops.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I&#039;m more concerned about copyrighting the entire area code system.]]></description>
