License To Still: Another 503 Lax ‘W’

Editor’s note: Our good friend Nate Broshot over at keeps reeling em out! Check out his latest post and photos below.

One more Saturday, another 503 Lax win.

Briefly, the man-children of 503 Lax are the prodigal sons of Portland area lacrosse, returning home to post-collegiately dominate the northwestern United States.  Check out last weekend’s photos here.

Thanks Seattle LC for making the trip, but you were no match for 503’s V10-player engine.

Fear the Tree and look above: “The Uprooting“.

And in typical fashion we transformed, ee-ee-aw-o-oo, into 503-LAX-PRTY post-game.

A shout out to Firehouse Pub and their overwhelmed staff for hosting the after PRTY.  We bring the pain to your pitchers.  Keep your hand on the tap.

Transform to night-mode: 1-900-LAX-PRTY.  We hit up Alberta Street (my hood), Radio Room, took over the back patio at The Nest, before a final wind-sprint toward Alleyway.

A quick “what’s up” to Air Force alumnus and 503 Laxer, Neil, for being a gracious loser of our Nest ping-pong championship.

I’ll leave you with two pieces of advice:

1)  You can’t blame the beer-in-hand rule, it goes both ways.

2)  Don’t ever challenge a goalie to a game of hand-eye-coordination.
