If you want to see the sport continue to grow, why would you attempt to make a ridiculous point that couldn’t be further from the truth.  Sure there are D2 and D3 teams sprouting up all over the place now, but to have a new D1 MENS program in the southeast  (and it’s going to be a good one in a short amount of time) it’s just idiotic to say it won’t help the growth of lacrosse . . . GEEZ!!!!!!

That would help grow it to the midwest. I would like to say lacrosse is very competitive in Georgia and Mercer going D1 hasn’t done anything. Especially since all the lacrosse is in the Metro-Atlanta area, not south Georgia like Valdosta and Macon, and Macon is where Mercer is.
