New MCLA Programs in 2014?

Forum Friday

Welcome to Forum Friday! There are already some great conversations taking place in the all new LAS Community.

If you haven’t signed up yet, make sure you do! And while you’re at it, you might as well watch this silly video update we created too. We hope it provide you with an easy way to connect with other lacrosse fans all over the world.

As you know, here at LaxAllStars we are all about Growing the Game. So when I saw this post about new MCLA teams, I immediately was interested to hear what new teams were popping up and how the game was growing at the MCLA level.

Any word on new MCLA programs for spring 2014?

I heard William Jessup and St Ambrose are joining the WCLL and GRLC respectively. In the PCLL there are a couple of possibilities. Framingham who used to be in the league appears to be back together as they played a 5 game schedule last spring including a game against Stonehill. Colby-Sawyer is building a turf, playing games, and may join as well. Also SUNY-Purchase could join. I think of the 3 Framingham is closest.

Any other conferences with potential new members?

If you know of any other teams that will be joining the MCLA this upcoming season, please let us know by commenting below or by commenting directly in the Community Forum!
