Adam Rand, Rochester Rattlers. One of the hardest working guys I've ever met. Played high school in a bad conference and area, worked his way up through the ranks and proved he could play D1. Lands a spot on the Stoneybrook squad, leads them to the farthest NCAA appearance in school history. Goes off and plays professionally, hands down best FoGo

Someone who can consistently beat the best guys at face offs, at the highest levels of the sport. Definitely the all time greats: Cantabene, Eck, Smith, Cercy, Berry. Today in college: Curtis Holmes, he has a deadly plunger and has barely EVER not won the majority of the draws in any of his college games. Let the stats back me up on that one. The fastest and most tech technically sound are the front runners here.

Alex Smith by far. It was near impossible for that guy to lose when at UD, helped them to the final four. I met him one summer and changed my form to match his, Didn't lose another face off for the rest of the hot beds camp I was at. Plus, doesn't he have the majority of the records?

Not the best ever but I was probably the only kid in Colorado in 2001 with a Towson hoodie because of Justin Berry and his FO skills. He carried that team to the final four and was the main guy in Cascade's C2 advertisement in Lacrosse Magazine. The ad is still hanging up in my room at my parents house. #GTG
