Awesome post Scott. As a westerner I really take those values to heart and I think everyone would be better off if we all tried a little more to implement those 7 things into our daily life. From a lacrosse standpoint, those are 7 underlying things that lead to championships and more importantly producing men and women who will be valuable and contributing members of society.
