Capturing their ninth state championship in just eleven years, the Darien Blue Wave overcame a late deficit to bring down the Ridgefield Tigers, 6-5, in the 2015 CIAC Class L Championship.
The Blue Wave found themselves down two goals at the half, only to rally late and walk away with another state title.
The 2015 CIAC Class L Championship was held at Brien McMahon High School in Norwalk, Connecticut.
