Spotted - lacrosse in unexpected places

Toronto Rock star Garrett Billings was recently the subject of a article in the site’s “Human to Hero” series. According to its website, “Human to Hero gets to the heart of what it takes to be a sporting star.” In Billings’ article and video, he discusses the abundance of lacrosse players on Wall Street, the lessons of playing college lacrosse that translate to the professional world, as well as the growth of the game and a bit about his personal life.

This article came out just days after the then NLL leading scorer suffered a season ending ACL injury, which the article acknowledges, but something tells me we will definitely see more of the UVA alum in the future, whether indoor, outdoor, or on Wall Street.
