Stick Trick Saturday: Full Circle

Editor’s note: Welcome back to new season of Stick Trick Saturday thanks to the unyielding support of Wolf Athletics, one of the most innovative lacrosse companies to join our stable of LAS Partners. LAS Insiders save BIG on the Ghost shaft from Wolf. SEASON 2 features a new host, an improved format, and some of the most amazing scenery from today’s up and coming lacrosse towns. We hope you enjoy![mks_separator style=”solid” height=”4″]
Thanks for joining me for the very first Stick Trick Saturday of 2015! My loyal Ghost shaft and I are back in Boise and ready to take this new year by storm!

Like I said last week, you guys are what really makes Stick Trick Saturday great and I couldn’t have done it without all of everyones great feedback. This week I want to pay a little bit of a tribute to our friend Eric Huben who sent in this trick last week.

I did my best to perfect this little BTB-OTiS stall maneuver, so I’m calling it the Full Circle!

Keep the momentum going as you bring the ball around your back to send the ball in a nice arc over your head.

Trying to throw or flick the ball isn’t going to cut it, just guide the ball with speed through its natural path and let go as your hand approaches your waist line, the ball will do the rest.

Track it in slowly once it comes into view and don’t feel bad about catching the ball at first!
