Some athletes spent their summer vacations winning gold medals. And one kid even sailed around the world.
Top recruits used to come out of the Northeast for the most part. The East Coast remains a hotbed for lacrosse, but states like Texas, California, Colorado, Florida and Washington have also emerged as lacrosse hotbeds. Now they’re producing big-time players, too.
