Last week I talked about gratitude as the first and most important pillar of The GREAT Life. When we are grateful, we can practice the other four components with more ease and regularity, because we are recognizing that everything that happens in our lives, has purpose.
Yesterday I talked about verbal gratitude, and continually finding reasons throughout the day to say thank you. Another way of expressing gratitude is in our work.
As promised, this month is all about what I call The GREAT Life , which consists of these 5 pillars: GRATITUDE, RESPECT, ENTHUSIASM, positive ATTITUDE, and a TEAM-first mentality.
