A couple weekends ago we were lucky enough to make it down to LXM 801 in Orem, UT. I caught a peek of Matt Russell and Johnny Rodriguez’s goalie clinic and I noticed something a little different about Matt’s pocket. One of the high school guys, focused on the lesson, pulled Matt aside when he […]

The Lacrosse Show is BACK! Connor Wilson and Mark Powers run through five different lacrosse stories together, and then the two finish up the show with an interview featuring the NLL’s #1 Draft Pick, Logan Schuss!
On Saturday, the LXM Pro Tour made its way to Orem, Utah. I personally wasn’t able to catch the game, but we sent a crew to check it out. STX posted this photo of Kyle Harrison on Instagram, and well, it speaks for itself.
The title of this post may be confusing, because you might not know what a dap is. I didn’t know either, but LXM buds Kyle Harrison and Sam Bradman knew the word. Here, suited up for the Jack Lingo/Fireball squad at Lake Placid, they celebrated a goal with a dap.
In the LXM PRO’s last stop in Chicago, fans were treated to a big time whooping put on by Maverik United. Mav won the game 17-11, and just looked like they wanted it a whole lot more than Team STX. Maybe my article previewing the game spurred these guys on to some extra effort? I was a little harsh on the Brattons in particular, and they clearly came to play.
Over on Adrenaline’s website, it has been announced that both Rhamel and Shamel Bratton will be switching teams this weekend. Instead of donning the blue and white of Team STX, they will now be wearing the neon green and grey of Maverik United. To offset this loss of personnel, Davey Emala is being brought in by the boys in blue.

Last weekend at LXM|ATS San Diego Kevin Rowen caught up with Kyle Harrison and Sam Bradman at their shooting clinic with Peter Baum. I was a big fan of Jay Jalbert in his playing days at UVA, and I’ve liked the short videos he has produced in the next leg of his career. His new LXM video for Maverik Films is as legit as any before, and special for a couple of reasons…
With the first 2013 LXM PRO event in Orange County, California in the books, professional lacrosse season is now fully underway. The LXM, MLL, and Summer Box in Canada are all going strong, and the best players on the planet are getting paid to play the game. Connor Wilson takes a look at the first event of the 2013 LXM season, and so far, things are definitely looking up.
The LXM PRO swings back into action on Saturday, June 8th in Orange County, California. While the location isn’t a new one (LXM has held numerous events in the OC), the game itself definitely presents a number of new aspects to the LXM, and we’re excited to preview some of these evolutions the Tour will see in 2013.
Peter Baum has chosen Adrenaline and the LXM PRO over playing in Major League Lacrosse. Connor Wilson breaks down the why, and how this move can help lacrosse continue to grow.
If you’re like me, you read a blasé press release last night about Maverik Lacrosse joining up with the LXM Pro. Here’s the gist: Maverik has signed on to sponsor one of the teams, called Maverik United, which will be replacing Team Solé for 2013-14, and facing off against Team STX, at each LXM PRO event.
