In the LXM PRO’s last stop in Chicago, fans were treated to a big time whooping put on by Maverik United. Mav won the game 17-11, and just looked like they wanted it a whole lot more than Team STX. Maybe my article previewing the game spurred these guys on to some extra effort? I was a little harsh on the Brattons in particular, and they clearly came to play.

Over on Adrenaline’s website, it has been announced that both Rhamel and Shamel Bratton will be switching teams this weekend. Instead of donning the blue and white of Team STX, they will now be wearing the neon green and grey of Maverik United. To offset this loss of personnel, Davey Emala is being brought in by the boys in blue.
As fashion around the world, and even in your closet, continues to trend in many different ways, I can still remember when I played lacrosse in the early 2000′s. Even back then it was all about looking good on the field because you wanted to stand out, but when it came to the lacrosse community and it’s size compared to now, it wasn’t even close to as big as it is now.
