I know you know this, but the Thompson Trio changed lacrosse this season. Brothers Lyle and Miles, along with cousin Ty, dominated opponents and highlight reels by being one of the most electrifying offenses in lacrosse history. The two brothers from the Onondaga reservation in Upstate New York changed many people’s views about lacrosse after the electrifying year that was 2014.
Breaking Records: Leveille’s 271 Goals
The first double overtime in Major League Lacrosse history took place Thursday night in a matchup between the charged Rochester Rattlers and the buckled down Chesapeake Bayhawks. As if the back-and-forth momentum wasn’t exciting enough, Rattlers attackman Kevin Leveille earned yet another hat trick, scoring six goals in the last two games.

MLL Announces 23-Man Rosters
Major League Lacrosse has announced that every team in the league has submitted its 23-Man Protected Roster for 2014. The MLL also sent out the rosters for the 8 teams. Teams are granted a 40-man roster leading into the season, and they can fill those remaining 17 spots with supplemental draft picks, college draft picks, and trades, before the start of the 2014 campaign.
