2014 is still young, and there is a lot of lacrosse to go, but that doesn’t mean we can’t put forth an early front runner for Lacrosse Photo of the Year! That’s a thing, right? Snow, ice, cold weather, and Wisconsin nastiness turn a lacrosse player into a human popsicle.

It’s snowing in Brooklyn, so I made a snowman and killed it with lacrosse ball. Don’t look at the snow as a bummer. It’s an opportunity to have some fun while getting out and playing lacrosse. Ain’t nothing wrong with that.

The older prototype that I had here is a metal one, and not carbon fiber. I’ve used a carbon fiber flex shaft before and was able to get a lot of flex and snap on my shots. I was really interested to see if I could make this work on a metal Epoch shaft. So we took it out and went shooting. The real point was to go shoot… always is!
