In November, Team USA players visited San Clemente for a boys lacrosse clinic. This past weekend, San Clemente once again played host to a US Lacrosse clinic, this time a girls clinic coached by women’s national team players. MaxLaxOC was at both events, and captured some great footage.
US Lacrosse recently released 2014 rules changes and points of emphasis for the 2014 lacrosse season. Although not a ton has changed, the US Lacrosse rules committee continues to make advances toward keeping young athletes safe while competing in a full contact sport.

With everyone talking about adapting to the new 2013 rule changes, US Lacrosse has come up big (again!) and published a very in-depth video on everything you need to know to keep you current with the changes.
