The Ohio Machine took on the Chesapeake Bayhawks, and earned a 15-11 win from the defending champs on the road in front of lively crowd on Saturday night. Chesapeake is now 1-4 on the year, and needs to find a way to get back to their winning ways. Ohio entered the game at 1-3 (like the Bayhawks) but moved to 2-3 with the big road W.
Boston and New York both entered Friday night’s contest with 2-2 records, and this was the first NY – Boston game of the year. On paper, this game promised to be tight and competitive, and in reality, it proved to be just that. The Lizards pulled out a hard-fought 11-10 win at home to jump above .500, and the Cannons fell to 2-3.
What follows is an unfiltered interview between Jeff Brunelle, CEO and Founder of Lacrosse All Stars, and Parker Anger, VP of Apparel & Branding at Adrenaline, about the growth of the brand and its remarkably popular Adrenaline lacrosse socks.

Check out the 2009 New York State Class C Championship video below and watch Lyle’s 23-0 Lafayette Lancers take on the 19-1 (and #3 seed) Manhasset Indians. Manhasset wins the game 16-11, and the Thompsons weren’t the only greats playing in this one!
With the regular season drawing to a close it is time for sun burns and tan lines, lacrosse pennies, and of course summer camps! This summer I will be traveling on the road with the Rhino Lacrosse crew as we hit the road for five Rhino Lacrosse Academies in Arizona, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and back to Oregon to wrap thing up in beautiful Bend before the highly anticipated Oregon Lacrosse Classic.
The Duke Blue Devils raced out to an early lead, then weathered a ferocious Notre Dame storm, to pull out the 11-9 win, and repeat as champs of the D1 men’s lacrosse world. It was an impressive team effort, and from the get go, Duke looked poised and ready to play.
After each year of NCAA Lacrosse rolls to a stop, we go through and find all the D1 players we can, who use traditionally strung lacrosse sticks. It can be a regular six or eight diamond pocket, a pita pocket, or something crazier… as long as it uses leather and string, it’s eligible!
Limestone defeated LIU Post 12-6 for the D2 national title in NCAA Men’s Lacrosse today. The game started out tight, but Limestone slowly began to pull away and never looked back. On the day, they were the best team, but the margin of victory was larger than anticipated, and probably bigger than many segments of the game would make you think.
