Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and happy Tuesday!
Good morning ladies and gentlemen! As we move into the new year, let’s keep in mind that there’s a balance that should be upheld between physical and mental fitness. While it’s not the case for everyone, and it certainly holds true for some people prior to, I’ve found that once people enter the professional/working world, the mental/physical balance becomes lopsided. “There’s just not enough time in the day,” or we are “too busy with other things.”
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen! In the last moments before pre game concludes, part of the focus is on execution. By this point, I’ve already evaluated the last game. Happy Friday, ladies and gentlemen! “None of us can exist in isolation. Our lives and existence are supported by others in seen and unseen ways, be it by parents, mentors or society at large. To be aware of these connections, to feel appreciation for them, and to strive to give something back to society in a spirit of gratitude is the proper way for human beings to live.” – Daisaku Ikeda
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and happy Thanksgiving!

It was not easy, but we have chosen the winner for the Epoch Lacrosse breast cancer awareness shaft giveaway contest. The LaxAllStars gang had a hard time selecting a winner, but Parker Nolan is the lucky recipient of a new Dragonfly from Epoch.
