Crosse Studios is back with another lacrosse video game! This time it's Lacrosse Arcade 2014, a mobile game available both in the Google Play store for Android devices and the iTunes store for iOS devices. I've been playing the game the last few weeks on both iPhone and iPad, and now I'm giving you a look into the newest lacrosse video game.
Any time you ask a broad question, like the one posed in the title of the post, you are bound to get answers that run from one end of the spectrum to the other. Certain situations merit an easy 'yes' or a hard 'no', while others are seemingly stuck in a grey area of limbo. Where does the technology in sport debate fall on this spectrum? Is this a question we can even answer?
Welcome back to another installment of LaxAllStars' Lacrosse Mythbusters! We look at interesting or confounding questions within lacrosse, talk to experts, and try to provide some clarity. In the past, we've asked if eye black really works, and found it does. We also wondered if traditional pockets were heavier than mesh pockets. Now we're back and curious about the concept of the curve ball lacrosse shot!
The NLL season is finally upon us and the LAS staff couldn’t be more enthralled - so much so that we are doing our own little NLL fantasy league. Fantasy lacrosse has grown in leaps and bounds over the past few seasons and is continuing to grow. Play against LaxAllStars today!
Welcome to another mobile game review! Over the Summer we took a look at Brine Hotshot, and today we have a similar game: Flick Lacrosse LITE from Crosse Studios. In this game, there is only one level, no extra gear, and no in-game leader boards...but in the end it turns out to be the the more fun game when you just pick up and play. How is that possible you ask? Read on to find out!
Last week when we talked about STX's new K18 microsite, we introduced you to the real Kyle Harrison. Or did we? K18 has something else up his internet-sleeve, and it's his own, non-STX sponsored, professional website. Get ready to know Kyle Harrison on a whole 'nother level.
Did you miss The Lacrosse Show last night? It was a REALLY good one! We had Carlo Sunseri on as a guest so we obviously spent a good amount of time talking video games! We also hit up the NLL and PLPA collective bargaining agreement, England's tour of the US, different approaches to fall ball, as well as Maverik's potential rise (and the Pride of Westchester).
With the release of the third K18 lacrosse equipment line imminent, STX, LLC, has launched a new K18 microsite to provide an inside look at both the gear and the professional lacrosse player behind it - Kyle Harrison.
