The officiating issue is a very interesting one, and regardless of this games&#039; reffing, a lack of officials, both in quality and quantity, is an issue.

Even if the volunteers reffing the games knew lacrosse like the back of their hand, it can still be hard for ONE person to effectively officiate a HS lacrosse game. Seasoned guys like Bob Boniello could do it with ease, but there are few refs, especially in newer areas, of THAT high quality.

How can we attract more refs to lacrosse? And how can we ensure they know the game? Could this be the biggest obstacle to real lacrosse growth?]]></description>
