I played it for many years before I started playing Lacrosse in University and I’m still playing Handball sometimes for my old club team. But my focus is now on playing Lacrosse. But Handball helped my to switch easily to Lacrosse and become a good player (for european standard) in a short time, because dodges and tactics are often similar.
In the end I can say Hanball is one of the best sports and the best in the Olympics
