On another note, a big and simple thing teams/helmet companies need to fix is the chinstrap covering the team logo, as in the Duke photo…simple fix, move the logo back or shorten the strap

However the cage and chinstrap have to match. No titanium cage as they would not match. Also, padding would have to be the same color as well on the inside. Tom makes a good point about logos as well. For this to work the helmet would have to be matte and the logo glossy. It may be necessary to put a small piping of school color to border the logo to make it pop like Duke has done above to keep the school happy. It’s a different look that’s for sure but it depends on the rest of the uniform to make it or break it.
