I have so much chaos in my life, It’s become normal… You have to just relax, calm down, take a deep breath and try to see how you can make things work rather than complain about how they’re wrong.
Life happens. And inevitably we go through periods when it moves at a faster pace than we would like. Papers, tests, meetings, deadlines, relationship issues, health concerns, family, friends, car troubles. The list goes on. Sometimes it’s best, in the midst of all that to just take a moment to breathe. Take a moment to reflect. Take a moment to appreciate what is not in total chaos in your life (even if its the smallest thing) and use that as the starting point to regaining your poise, your composure … Your sanity!
