Brian Karalunas is definitely one of my favorite MLL defenders. He doesn’t blow you away with his size, and off the field he is as nice as they come, but when I see him out on the turf, I can’t take my eyes of the defender with the motor that just won’t stop.

I wish I had heard some of this advice when I was playing longstick in college. Brian is dropping knowledge bombs in this one!
