Eight teams will meet at UPenn in Philadelphia on Saturday to play lacrosse in honor of a much greater cause.
HEADstrong founder Nicholas Colleluori’s inspiring battle against non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma continued for countless hours at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. This Saturday, 8 NCAA DI men’s and women’s lacrosse programs will meet at UPenn to honor Nick and show their allegiance to HEADstrong’s fight against the disease and to show support for all of those affected by cancer.
Four men’s teams and four women’s teams are coming together for the 3rd Annual HEADstrong University City Classic and we want you to be there! Bucknell, Drexel, Mount St. Mary’s and UPenn will represent the men’s side while Boston, Delaware, Stanford and the UPenn‘s women’s program are holding it down for the ladies.
The day of lacrosse will be split between the historic Franklin Field and behind the stadium at the gorgeous Penn Park, known for its fantastic overlook of downtown Philly. We’ve got the full schedule so you don’t have to miss a moment!
