Andrew Goldstein
Andrew earned 3x All-Ivy League and 2x NCAA D1 All-American honors as a goalie at Dartmouth College. He came out to his lacrosse team after his sophomore season, and made headlines in 2005 as ESPN called him the most accomplished male team-sport athlete in North America to be openly gay while competing. Later drafted by the Boston Cannons, he became the first openly gay man in the US drafted to a pro sports team before taking the field with the Long Island Lizards. In 2013 he was inducted into the inaugural class of the National Gay and Lesbian Sports Hall of Fame and is currently an anti-bullying advocate and public speaker working with the You Can Play project.
