Lacrosse the Nations
Founded in 2009 by Brett Hughes (’04 University of Virginia Lacrosse Alum & MLL All-Star) and Brad Corrigan (‘96 Middlebury College Lacrosse Alum) Lacrosse the Nations uses lacrosse and other physical activities to teach important life skills and provide positive outlets for sports and play. Internationally, over 350 students per week participate in PE and after school lacrosse programs in Nicaragua, Panama, and Colombia. Domestically, 50 kids participate in our summer program through the Boys and Girls Club of Central Virginia. Each year, more than 300 U.S. youth and college lacrosse players join our efforts as fundraisers and ambassadors through our Squat for Good campaign.
To provide teams and players with a project to continue their spring lacrosse while staying active for a good cause, Lacrosse the Nations (LtN) launched the #SquatforGood Challenge last week.
