Lynchburg College, MLL and LXM player, Ryan Cranston is involved heavily with the Care for the Cure Lacrosse Tournament that will run on November 14th in Pennsylvania. His sister, Caroline (Care) Cranston passed away from leukemia last spring. This lacrosse tournament raises money for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society and a scholarship in Caroline’s name.

Headwrapz got involved by coming up with a new flashy helmet to help promote the event and of course, they did not disappoint. The lid is a new Cascade CPX-R. Maybe the LXM PRO tour will team up with all of the charities these guys are involved with and every player gets a helmet with their charity of choice on it? Mixed helmets are a staple of awesome summer ball. Maybe they could become part of the pro scene as well. All that and a chance to do some good? Sounds to excellent to pass up.
