Aloha Tournaments is proud to present the Warrior North American Lacrosse Recruiting Showcase in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Aloha Tournaments has partnered with Marc Van Arsdale (University of Virginia) and Guy Van Arsdale (Colorado College) to produce a unique event to enhance the education and recruiting of potential collegiate lacrosse players. Marc and Guy Van Arsdale, along with Aloha Tournaments, have been involved with lacrosse for over 40 years. They have worked with players from the age of 5 through the professional ranks and have won championships at all levels of lacrosse. In addition, they can provide players with a unique insight into the college recruiting process. In addition, they have compiled a coaching staff comprised of some of the top names and minds in collegiate lacrosse over the last 3 decades.
Below is a brief overview of the Overview of Warrior North American Lacrosse Recruiting Showcase:
Teaching: Each coach on our staff will provide a clinic on their area of expertise. All positions will be covered.
Recruiting: LacrosseRecruits.com and our staff will provide seminars and answer all questions about recruiting throughout the country and at all levels of collegiate play. Coaches on staff will provide seminars for players and parents guiding them through each year of the college recruiting process. All Division I, II,III, and MCLA coaches will be invited to evaluate players. Coaches’ books with player’s information will be provided for each college coach.
Playing: Throughout the weekend all players will play in five games. Each game will be coached by top high school coaches and watched by top college coaches. Each game will be taped and available to each player. Players will also be led through a series of lacrosse drills led by the high school coaches.
Strength and Conditioning: Jay Dyer, the strength and conditioning coach from John Hopkins University, will be giving a clinic on what it takes from strength and conditioning to play lacrosse at a collegiate level.
All-Star team: Two All-Star teams will be picked by top college coaches and and an All-Star game will be played Saturday night under the lights. The game will be open to spectators and all college coaches.
Showcase Gear: Each player will be receive a Showcase reversible, shorts, and t shirt.
Las Vegas: Las Vegas is easy to get to and fun. The Warrior North American Lacrosse Recruiting Showcase will be held Saturday and Sunday giving families and players Monday to enjoy Las Vegas and the surrounding areas.
