Being a uniform junkie, the second I took over the program at my old high school I got to work outfitting my guys with slightly more modern digs. Unfortunately the money for new helmets hasn’t ever been in the team’s budget…
…until this year.
It was an early Christmas for me, as when I got home last night 32 shiny white C Pro 7’s were waiting for me on my front porch. Behold:
The gold mohawks go on this weekend, followed by the school’s crest on one side (it’s a Catholic thing), and numbers on the other. You look good, you feel good. You feel good, you play good.
Here’s to everyone getting early visits from Santa.
