Thanks for tuning into another edition of Music Monday. We’ve got a little something extra for you at the end of the post.

The Good Husbands – Utopian House Party

First off we have a nice Summer tune from the Northwest group, The Good Husbands. The Good Husbands hail from Friday Harbor, WA in the San Juan Islands. The Good Huzz just want to represent the Northwest to the fullest with their mission being, make good music. These guys definitely do so as you can see them repping local Northwest streetwear brand Six Soldiers in this video they shot on their recent trip to Boise when they opened for Mike Posner.

Sam Lachow – King Lear

Continuing on with out Northwest trend, we have Seattle’s own Sam Lachow. The 22 year old has been making music and videos for a while now and definitely has our attention. He may just be the next big thing out of the emerald city.

Macklemore and Ryan Lewis – Awake

Since releasing The Heist on October 9th of last year, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis have had an unbelievably successful time. While this is heavily due to the popularity of singles such as “Thrift Shop” and “Can’t Hold Us”, The Heist is a great album. I’m willing to bet that most people haven’t heard what Macklemore and Ryan Lewis really have to offer. Personally, I really believe in supporting artists that mean something special to you. As a longtime fan, I couldn’t be happier for them with all the success they’ve seen.

Finally we’ve got a little treat for you. Rhino Lacrosse was in Boise last week; check out MP’s new tape job. A big thanks to Mark Donahue for making the video.
