GMODT’s Music Monday Featuring The King Of Pop

I hate to be the one to break this news, but a performer by the name of Michael Jackson passed away last week. I think at this point the only way people can relate to this guy are their own personal stories about experiences with his music.

I hate to be the one to break this news, but a performer by the name of Michael Jackson passed away last week. I think at this point the only way people can relate to this guy are their own personal stories about experiences with his music.

When I think of MJ, two things spring to mind: Watching “The Simpsons” in the early 90’s and thinking that HAD to be Michael Jackson singing even if he wasn’t credited, and before that watching the “Bille Jean” video when I had to be no older than six and thinking it was one of the coolest things I had seen. Around that time I also was exposed to the “Thriller” video and begged my parents to play it on a loop every Halloween. So, in honor of the Michael Jackson of the early 80’s, here are my favorite songs from his best period.

Question for GMODT Nation:

What is the better video, “Thriller” or “Bille Jean”? Discuss amongst yourselves.
